If you are an Owner Operator with your own DOT permits the FMCSA Clearinghouse requires you to assign a C/TPA. This options includes the Random Drug & Alcohol Testing Consortium and includes all FMCSA Clearinghouse query / reporting requirements. Must have Pre Employment Drug Test on file.

Having trouble completing your Return To Duty (RTD) drug test or showing “Driver Prohibited” in the FMCSA Clearinghouse? HPC Testing Services can report your RTD test directly under your Owner-Operator account. Our DOT-compliant testing ensures you meet FMCSA requirements and return to work quickly after completing a SAP program and passing the observed RTD test.
